Compared to June 2019, 26% more homes have sold in June 2020 which means that the pandemic has had little to no effect on the St George market. Our absorption rate is 2.47 compared to last year at 3.1, meaning that it would take 2.47 months to sell our current inventory. At 793 active listings, our current inventory is lower compared to 956 last June. Our average sales price increased by 7.89% from June 2019. All of this means that we are currently in a very strong seller’s market.
